MICROCOMP POS – CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT By submitting this quotation request, I confirm that I am authorised to act on behalf of the business and agree to the following terms: 1. All quoted prices are VAT exclusive (VEP), unless otherwise stated. 2. The Microcomp POS software subscription is payable monthly, with a compulsory one-time onboarding charge of $250 VEP and an annual V-SDC connection charge of $100 VEP. 3. Customers may choose complimentary SPIEI group training or dedicated business training at $250 VEP. 4. Hardware, system integration and additional technical support are optional and charged separately where selected and approved. 5. Standard Microcomp POS software support is provided within the scope of the subscribed service. Additional support charges apply only to services outside that scope. 6. Microcomp POS requires suitable internet connectivity and compatible equipment. 7. The customer agrees to provide accurate business information and cooperate with the onboarding and VMS fiscalisation requirements. 8. Submission of this request does not constitute a confirmed order. Final pricing, implementation and service activation are subject to quotation acceptance and agreed payment arrangements. By ticking the agreement checkbox and submitting the request, I acknowledge that I have read and accepted these terms and authorise Microcomp Services to prepare my quotation.
